1. Introduction

– Suhurusara.lk is an e-learning platform operated by Foundation.lk, a non-profit organization established under the LK Domain Registry, Sri Lanka. By accessing, registering, or making payments on Suhurusara.lk, users agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including students, instructors, partners, and any individual accessing paid or free content on the platform.

2. Nature of Services

– Suhurusara.lk provides online learning courses, digital educational content, training programs,and related services.

– All courses are delivered in digital format through the Suhurusara Learning Management System(LMS).

– Course content may include videos, reading materials, quizzes, certificates,and downloadable resources.

3. User Eligibility

– Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.

– Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parentor legal guardian before registering or making payments.

4. Account Responsibility

– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

– Any activity carried out using the registered account will be deemed the responsibility of the account holder.

– Suhurusara.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or in violation of these terms.

5. Payments & Pricing

– All payments are processed securely through the Sampath Bank Internet Payment Gateway(IPG).

– Course prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees(LKR) unless otherwise stated.

– Full payment must be completed before access to paid courses is granted.

– Suhurusara.lk reserves the right to revise course fees at any time without prior notice.

6. Course Access & Usage

– Upon successful payment, users are granted access to the purchased course as per the course validity period.

– Course access is strictly non-transferable.

– Users are prohibited from sharing login details, course materials,or redistributing content in any form.

7. Intellectual Property

– All content on Suhurusara.lk, including videos, text, graphics, logos,and course materials, is the intellectual property of Foundation.lk / Suhurusara.lk or its content partners.

– Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution,or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

– Suhurusara.lk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

– Technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system maintenance delays do not constitute grounds for compensation.
